What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs vary based on the destination, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, from standard to expedited delivery.

How quickly will my item get shipped?

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically taking 7-21 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international orders. If you have any specific concerns about delivery times or need your items by a certain date, feel free to reach out!

Do you offer refunds?

At this time, I do not offer refunds. However, customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I'm committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. I'll be happy to replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. To facilitate the replacement process, I may request photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I can accommodate cancellations if the request is made before the order has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, I am unable to cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under my returns policy, depending on the circumstances.

To request a cancellation, please contact me with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Can I pre-order from you?

At this time, I do not accept pre-orders. All items available in my collection are listed as in-stock and ready for immediate purchase. This allows me to ensure that each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before it reaches you.
